Scope of work

Clear service boundaries for dedicated overflow order-entry support.

This page defines exactly what OptiGlazer handles, what stays with the client team, and how the working relationship operates when a dedicated agent is assigned to your company.

Primary model

Dedicated overflow order-entry support in ESW E-Soft.

  • Dedicated to one company
  • Focused on approved project information
  • Built for cleaner reviewer handoff
  • Revision support within active workload
Included

What OptiGlazer is responsible for.

The service is centered on handling overflow order-entry workload from approved documents and returning a cleaner package for internal review.

Order entry from approved scope

  • Enter project information into ESW E-Soft using approved drawings, schedules, notes, and revisions provided by the client
  • Organize openings, notes, and supporting scope information into a clearer review-ready structure
  • Work within the approved scope package supplied for the job

Revision and addendum handling

  • Update active work when revisions, addenda, or changed documents are provided by the client
  • Keep revision-related changes easier for the client reviewer to follow
  • Document assumptions or clarification items when scope information is incomplete

Dedicated capacity

  • The assigned agent works only for one client company within the purchased part-time or full-time capacity
  • Capacity is reserved for ongoing overflow order-entry support during the term of service
  • The client can use that reserved time across active entry and revision workload
Excluded

What is not included in the service.

Keeping this boundary clear protects both sides and makes the dedicated model easier to understand.

Not a replacement for estimating judgment

  • OptiGlazer does not replace the client's estimator, reviewer, or project manager
  • Final pricing decisions, scope acceptance, and approval decisions remain with the client
  • The client remains responsible for final review before submission or release

Not engineering or fabrication scope

  • No structural engineering, sealed calculations, fabrication drawings, or delegated design services
  • No field verification, site measurements, or installation management
  • No product manufacturing coordination unless separately discussed later

Not open-ended software support

  • ESW E-Soft is the primary working environment for this service
  • Other manufacturers' quoting software is not automatically included in the standard packages
  • For non-ESW platforms, the client should contact OptiGlazer for review before engagement
Client Role

What the client team needs to provide.

A dedicated agent works best when the inbound scope is clear and the client team remains the final decision-maker.

Required inputs

  • Latest approved drawings and schedules
  • Revisions, addenda, alternates, and special notes relevant to the active scope
  • Any client-side direction needed for scope interpretation or priority order

Review responsibility

  • The client performs final internal review of the returned package
  • The client confirms assumptions, clarifications, and final approval decisions
  • The client remains responsible for final pricing, proposal release, and contract commitments

Workload coordination

  • Work is prioritized within the purchased dedicated capacity
  • If multiple active scopes compete for time, priorities should be communicated clearly by the client
  • Turnaround depends on volume, revision intensity, and available reserved capacity
