What does OptiGlazer help with?
OptiGlazer helps glazing teams with quote and order entry in ESW E-Soft. We take on the extra entry work so estimators and project managers can stay focused on pricing, coordination, review, and keeping jobs moving.
Do you replace our estimator or project manager?
No. Your team still owns estimating decisions, pricing, approvals, and project management. OptiGlazer supports the entry workload so your internal team has more time for higher-value work.
Is the dedicated agent assigned only to our company?
Yes. The part-time and full-time plans are built around dedicated weekly capacity for one company.
What do you need from us to get started?
We typically need the latest drawings, schedules, revisions, addenda, scope notes, and any company-specific instructions your reviewer wants followed.
Can you support revisions and addenda?
Yes. Revision and addendum updates are part of the service. When project information changes, OptiGlazer updates the affected entries and notes items that may still need review.
What happens when information is missing or unclear?
We flag missing details, unclear scope, and items that still need attention so your reviewer can resolve them before final approval.
What quoting software do you work with?
ESW E-Soft is our primary workflow. For PGT, Euro-Wall, ECO, and other quoting software, contact us to confirm fit and availability.
How is project information handled?
Project drawings, schedules, and related documents are treated as confidential working materials and used only for the requested quote and order-entry support.
How does billing work?
Plans are priced annually and billed bi-weekly. Part-time support starts at $40,000 per year, and full-time support starts at $72,000 per year.
What commitment is required?
Plans are structured as annual dedicated-support agreements and billed bi-weekly. Dedicated capacity is reserved for your company during the active service term.
What is not included?
OptiGlazer does not replace your estimator, project manager, or final reviewer. Pricing decisions, final approvals, engineering, fabrication review, field verification, and contract responsibility remain with your internal team.
How much work can be completed within the reserved hours?
Output depends on project complexity, document quality, revisions, and how much clarification is needed. As a general planning reference, a dedicated agent may complete about 5 pages of quote or order-entry items under the part-time plan and about 10 pages under the full-time plan, depending on scope complexity. We confirm workload expectations before work begins so the reserved hours are used clearly and efficiently.
